* Okay, Chef must stop to confess. The "off-season clouded memory" comment wasn't a throw-away remark. Chef's crystal clear recall is starting to fade. For true. Mojo Mama is a prolific Cafe 641 family member, and Chef's mustache withers at the possibility that he's forgotten some of her more flattering displays.
